I have too many friends to think of their names off the top of my head and type them in one by one. You can do this this way:
1. Go here https://web.facebook.com/bookmarks/lists click Restricted.
2. Click "Add Friends to this List" or "Manage List".
3. Select "Friends" from the menu. It will display all your friends.
4. Then start selecting one by one to add them.

This method is much easier than going to their Timelines and ad them to a Restricted List individually.
